1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cp444 ("cp444", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cp444 online gaming platform available at https://cp444.io, including all associated services, tools, games, promotions, and content.

3Account Registration

To access cp444's full range of services, players must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. cp444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify cp444 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cp444 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your login credentials prior to your reporting of a breach is your responsibility.

3.3 Account Ownership & Transferability

Your cp444 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or allow a third party to use your account will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of the account balance.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cp444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed instantly and credited to your cp444 account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. cp444 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed by cp444 within 15 minutes on average for verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed seven days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your verified cp444 account; third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, it will be converted to Taka at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. cp444 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.4 Transaction Limits

5Bonuses & Promotions

cp444 offers a range of promotional offers and bonuses to eligible players in Bangladesh. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion as communicated at the time of the offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash. Before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn, the player must complete a wagering requirement as specified in the offer. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering on games that contribute less than 100% towards the requirement (e.g., live dealer tables, video poker) will be disclosed in the promotion details.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

cp444 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or low-risk wagering patterns solely to fulfil bonus requirements; coordinating play with other accounts to manipulate bonus outcomes. cp444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend the relevant account, if abuse is detected.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms and begin from the moment the bonus is credited to the player's account.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

cp444 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions targeting new players are available only once per player and once per household, device, and payment method. Employees of cp444 and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the cp444 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and American football — are governed by standard international sports betting rules as applied by cp444. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with cp444's settlement rules in force at the time of the event. Odds are subject to change prior to the event starting; the odds at the time of bet placement are binding.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cp444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to circumvent age verification or identity verification procedures;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by cp444

cp444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cp444 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable period, subject to any legal constraints on disclosure.

8.2 Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their cp444 account at any time by contacting the support team via in-platform live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, cp444 will process any pending withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Account closure requests made under the self-exclusion provisions of the Responsible Gaming Policy are processed immediately and are subject to the minimum self-exclusion period selected by the player.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure, the player's account will be deactivated and access to the platform will be removed. Verified balances will be returned to the player's nominated payment method. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

9Intellectual Property

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cp444's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cp444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether or not cp444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

cp444 does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Responsible Gaming

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
